It goes without saying that there are many tasks that are involved in the everyday functioning of a non-profit organization that cares for 30+ special equines! A love of animals and a willingness to put them first while you are on property are key attributes that we are looking for in our volunteers. We train our staff and volunteers in the proper and safe way to handle equines with special attention to how each animal’s specific history may shape his responses to care and attention.
